      在内燃机高原环境性能模拟试验台上,对不同海拔高度(大气压力)下的电控共轨柴油机性能进行了试验研究,分析了大气压力的变化对电控共轨柴油机性能的影响规律。结果表明:海拔3000 m以下,柴油机的动力性和经济性随海拔的升高基本保持不变;海拔5000与0 m相比,在低转速时,有效功率下降42.1%,燃油消耗率增加18.6%;在中高转速时,有效功率下降15.1%,燃油消耗率小于7%,排温基本保持在710℃以内。
英文摘要:
      The performance of electronically controlled common-rail diesel engines at different altitudes was studied on the engine test rig for simulating high altitude (low air pressure). The effects of altitude on engine rated power and fuel consumption were analyzed in detail. The experimental results show that, at an altitude of 3000m, the rated power and the specific fuel consumption remain almost unchanged. As the altitude is reduced from 5000m to 0m, the rated power decreases by 42.1%, and specific fuel consumption increases by 18.6% at lower engine speed; while at medium and higher engine speeds, the rated power decreases by 15.1%, and the specific fuel consumption increases by 7% and the exhaust temperature is below 710℃.
