      为了获取不同入口管流量对小型反应堆堆芯入口流量分配特性的影响,本文基于模化理论,采用1:3比例的模型开展了水力学实验研究。对双环路流量均衡、非均衡工况进行实验,得到了不同流量组合下堆芯入口流量分配因子图。结果显示,在均衡工况下,堆芯入口处流量分配总体较为均匀,流量因子的分布具有对称性,并呈现中心高周边低的特点,不同入口管流量的对堆芯入口流量分配及相邻组件流量偏差分布的影响较小;在非均衡工况下,堆芯入口处流量分配特性与流量均衡工况时略有差异,在反应堆两个入口管的流量分别为0.6Vp&0.8Vp和0.6Vp&1.0Vp时,流量分配因子分布于0.93~1.05区间内,在0Vp&1.0Vp流量组合工况下,流量分配因子与均衡工况的偏差在±0.1以内。不同入口管流量的非均衡工况下,流量分配总体仍较均匀,该小型堆结构具有良好的堆芯入口流量分配特性。

      In order to obtain the influence of different inlet flow rates on the core inlet flow distribution char-acteristics of a small module reactor (SMR), hydraulic experimental investigation had been conduct-ed on a 1/3 scale model based on modeling theory. The flow distribution factor matrices under dif-ferent flow conditions were obtained by balanced and unbalanced flow tests. The balanced flow ex-perimental results reveal that the flow distributions at core inlet are generally uniform, and the flow distribution factors in centrale area are slightly greater than that in the peripheral area. The flow rates in inlets of reactor have little effect on flow distribution factors and the flow deviation of adjacent channels. It is also found that under unbalanced flow conditions, the flow distribution characteristics are slightly different from the balanced flow conditions, while the flow distribution factors still in the ranges of 0.93-1.05 when inlet flows are 0.6Vp&0.8Vp and 0.6Vp&1.0Vp. It’s worth noting that the de-viation of flow distribution factors between 0Vp&1.0Vp and 1.0Vp &1.0Vp is within ±0.1, the overall flow distribution is relatively uniform, indicating good flow distribution characteristics of the SMR.
