燃气发电空气过滤器用于净化进气,是保障燃气轮机发电机组输出功率和热效率的重要部件。针对空气过滤器在潮湿环境中易发生“湿堵”现象,导致使用寿命显著降低的问题,通过理论分析、试验相结合的方法,对F9级滤材静态抗湿性能以及过滤器过滤性能、动态抗湿性能等进行了深入研究。试验结果表明:滤材的静态抗湿性能主要取决于是否经过憎水剂处理,而不是取决于纤维种类;过滤器用滤材无论是否经过憎水处理,随着加水雾时间的延长,压降和效率都会上升;采用经过憎水处理全合成纤维滤材的过滤器,其滤材静态抗湿性能、综合过滤性能以及动态抗湿性能均为最佳,是解决“湿堵”问题的首选。 |

The air filter for gas turbine power generation is used to purify the intake air and is an important component to ensure the output power and thermal efficiency of the gas turbine generator set. In response to the problem that air filters are prone to wet-clogging in humid environments, leading to a significant reduction in their service life, the research was conducted in-depth on the static moisture resistance of F9 class filter materials, as well as the filtration performance and dynamic moisture resistance of filters, using a method of combining the theoretical analysis and experiments. The experimental results show that the static moisture resistance of filter materials mainly depends on whether they have been treated with hydrophobic agents, rather than on the type of fibers. Regardless of whether the filter material used in the filter has undergone hydrophobic treatment or not, the pressure drop and efficiency will increase with the extension of water mist addition time. The filter using synthetic fiber filter material that has undergone hydrophobic treatment has the best static moisture resistance, comprehensive filtration performance and dynamic moisture resistance, making it the first choice to solve the problem of wet-clogging. |
