      为了提高敞开式冷藏陈列柜能效,设计了一种新型背风板结构。首先,通过数值模拟得到背风板在不同风量和开孔形状下陈列柜内的温度分布。模拟结果表明:增加背风板通孔率,改变出风孔形状可以使柜内出风更加均匀。其次,依据模拟结果提出一种新型背风板结构,该结构在原背风板结构基础上增加了通孔率并改变了出风孔形状。最后,对新背风板结构进行数值模拟和对照试验。模拟结果表明:新型背风板可以降低柜内温度并使温度分布更加均匀;试验结果表明:更换新背风板后,柜内平均温度由4.59℃下降至4.35℃,柜内各测温点标准差平均值由0.66下降至0.59,柜内平均温度标准差由0.28降至0.20,冷柜能效提升2.08%。说明更换新背风板可以有效降低柜内温度,提高柜内低温环境均匀性和稳定性,从而提升能效。这有利于减少二氧化碳排放,促进低碳发展。

      In order to improve the energy efficiency of open refrigerated display cabinets, designed a new back panel.First, through numerical simulation to get the temperature distribution in the cabinet under different air volume and the shape of outlets. The simulation results show that increasing the through-hole rate and changing the shape of air outlets can make the air flow more uniform. Then, based on the simulation results, a new back panel is proposed , which increases the through-hole rate and changes the shape of the outlets on the basis of the original back panel structure. Finally, conducted numerical simulations and comparative experiments on the new back panel. The simulation results show: the new back panel can reduce the temperature inside the cabinet and make the temperature distribution more uniform; the test results show: after replacing the new back panel, the average temperature inside the cabinet decreases from 4.59℃ to 4.35℃, the average standard deviation of each temperature measurement point inside the cabinet decreases from 0.66 to 0.59, and the average temperature standard deviation of the cabinet decreases from 0.28 to 0.20,the energy efficiency increases by 2.08%. Replacing the new back plane can effectively reduce the internal temperature of the display cabinet and improve the uniformity and stability of its low temperature environment, thus can effectively improving the energy efficiency of the refrigerated display cabinet, which help to reduce nitrogen dioxide emissions and promote low-carbon development.
