      燃气轮机在工作中会吸入大量的空气,这些空气可能含有氯化钠等可溶性无机盐,以及各种微小颗粒物,若不进行过滤会导致燃气轮机腐蚀从而影响其使用寿命。现以丝网除沫器作为滤芯,设计并搭建了燃气轮机进气过滤测试系统实验台,通过多次重复实验,得到滤芯样品在不同风速下对固尘和盐雾的脱除效率,最终确定固尘与盐雾脱除效率的稳定测试方法。实验结果表明:实验台可以稳定有效地测试并得到在4250m3/h、6000m3/h和8000m3/h风量时不同滤芯样件对盐雾和固尘的分离效率。在除尘实验中,滤芯样件的平均除尘效率均高于90%,重复性误差低于0.3%;在除盐试验中,滤芯样件的平均除盐效率高于90%,重复性误差不超过0.5%。

      Gas turbines consume large amounts of air in operation, which may contain soluble inorganic salts such as sodium chloride and various fine particulates. The absence of filtration can result in the corrosion of the gas turbine, adversely impacting its operational lifespan. A filtration system for gas turbine intake has been designed and constructed using a wire mesh demister as the filter element. Through multiple repeated experiments, the removal efficiency of the filter samples for dust and salt mist at different wind speeds has been obtained. Ultimately, a stable experimental method for the separation efficiency of dust and salt mist has been established. The experimental results indicate that the experimental table can stably and effectively test and obtain the separation efficiency of different filter samples for salt mist and dust at air volume of 4250m3/h, 6000m3/h, and 8000m3/h. In the dust removal experiments, the average dust separation efficiency of the filter samples was above 90%, with a repeatability error of less than 0.3%. In the salt mist removal tests, the average salt mist separation efficiency was above 90%, with a repeatability error not exceeding 0.5%.
