针对航天器机电元件的集中热点散热问题,设计了一种基于铜粉烧结的复合型均热板,探究吸液芯对复合型均热板的性能影响。考虑到蒸气空腔体积和中心柱直径等关键参数,经非耦合稳态数值研究得到复合型均热板在不同结构工况下的数值结果,包括温度分布、吸液芯和蒸气空腔内速度和压力分布等结果。研究结果表明:hv/h达到0.6 ~ 0.7范围内可得到良好的气液工质输运特性,较大中心柱直径使得传热效果和工质输运特性变差。研究结论可为相同类型均热板的吸液芯结构设计和性能研究提供理论参考。 |

In order to solve the centralized hot spot heat dissipation issues of spacecraft electromechanical components, a composite vapor chamber based on sintered copper powder is designed. The influence of wick on the performance of the composite vapor chamber is explored. The key parameters are considered, including the volume of vapor core and the diameter of the central column and the composite structure. The numerical results of the composite vapor chamber under different structural conditions are obtained through uncoupled finite element steady-state numerical study, including the temperature distribution, the velocity and pressure distribution in wick and vapor core. The results show that good vapor-liquid transport performance can be obtained when the hv/h reaches the range of 0.6 ~ 0.7. The larger diameter of the central column leads to a deterioration in heat transfer effects and vapor-liquid transport performance. The results provide theoretical reference for structural design of wick and performance study of relevant composite vapor chambers. |
