为研究柴油机高海拔热平衡性能变化规律,设计了柴油机高海拔热平衡模拟试验系统,该系统由高海拔(低气压)模拟系统、冷却液恒温系统、冷却液流量调节系统与数据采集系统组成,可实现发动机冷却液温度与流量的实时控制;利用此试验系统,针对某重型电控共轨柴油机进行了高海拔热平衡模拟试验,试验结果表明:该试验系统可准确模拟柴油机在高海拔环境运行时的热平衡状况,为分析柴油机高海拔条件下热平衡性能变化规律、进行冷却系统运行参数优化提供研究平台。 |

A plateau thermal balance simulation test system was designed for the research of the performance variation of the diesel thermal balance at high altitude.The system consisted of high altitude(low air pressure)simulation system, coolant thermostat system, coolant flow regulating system and data collection system,which can control the coolant temperature and flow;Based on the test system,the thermal balance test on a common rail heavy-duty diesel engine have been conducted at different altitude.The result shows that this test system can simulate the thermal balance condition of the diesel exactly at high altitude.It provides a platform for studying the variation of the diesel thermal balance and optimizing parameters of the cooling system. |
