化学回热循环是一种先进的燃气轮机循环方式,可以有效地解决简单循环燃气轮机的热效率低和污染物排放量高的问题。本文基于柴油燃料燃气轮机燃烧室,搭建了化学回热系统试验台,设计了双燃料燃烧室喷嘴、柴油蒸汽催化反应器和紧凑式多级高压闪蒸器,进行了高压闪蒸-化学回热系统的热力性能试验研究。研究表明:在化学回热系统进口燃气温度为465.6℃时,柴油的当量低热值提高10.13%;在化学回热系统进口燃气温度为558℃时,柴油的当量低热值提高18.53%,并且使42.3%补给水转化为淡水。 |

Chemically Recuperated cycle Gas Turbine (CRGT) is one of the most promising solutions to solve the problems of low thermal efficiency and high emission including NOX in Simple Cycle gas turbine. Based on one diesel-fuelled combustion chamber of gas turbine, the devices including dual-fuel nozzle, diesel steam reformer and compact multi-stage flash vaporizer, which were suitable for CRGT system, were designed under the integrated theoretical researches. Experimental research shows that: when the gas temperature of the chemically recuperated system was 465.6℃, the equivalent low calorific value of diesel was increased by 10.13%; when the gas temperature of the chemically recuperated system was 558℃, the equivalent low calorific value of diesel was increased by 18.53%, and the 42.3% of high-pressure feed water was converted to freshwater. |
