本文对采用双节流装置的跨临界CO2引射制冷循环系统在不同工况下的性能进行了实验研究,比较了影响引射器性能和系统COP的因素。实验结果表明,在固定引射器几何尺寸的条件下,气体冷却器出口压力为8.5MPa、蒸发温度为-5℃、-1℃时,引射比随气冷器出口温度的增大而逐渐增大,系统COP则呈下降趋势;当气冷器出口温度为41℃、蒸发温度为-5℃时,主引射流、被引射流质量流量及引射比均随着气冷器出口压力的增大而出现不同程度的增加,系统COP则呈下降趋势。在相同工况条件下,采用两段式喷嘴引射器的双节流跨临界CO2制冷系统的COP整体上大于传统带有膨胀阀的跨临界CO2制冷系统的COP。 |

The performance of the transcritical CO2 ejector refrigeration cycle system with two throat devices was measured under different operating conditions, and the factors which affect the entrainment ratio and the system COP were analyzed. The results show that under the condition of the gas cooler outlet pressure of 8.5MPa and the evaporation temperature of -5℃ and -1℃ for the fixed ejector geometry, the entrainment ratio is on the rise with the increase of the outlet temperature of gas cooler, while the system COP is the opposite. As the gas cooler outlet temperature is 41℃ and the evaporation temperature is -1℃, the primary and suction mass flow rates and the entrainment ratio rise with the increase of the outlet pressure of the gas cooler, while the system COP declines. Under the same working conditions, the COP of the two-phase ejector refrigeration system with two throat devices is higher than that of the traditional refrigeration cycle system. |
