在能源紧缺的今天,蒸汽喷射制冷作为一种节能的制冷方法而备受关注。针对蒸汽喷射制冷系统设计了四种波瓣形喷嘴,在不同工况条件研究波瓣形喷嘴对蒸汽喷射器性能的影响。在工作蒸汽温度分别为110、120、130℃,引射蒸汽温度为5、10、15℃的工况条件下,对四种波瓣形喷嘴进行性能实验研究。实验研究结果表明:六波瓣喷嘴相对其他喷嘴具有更高的COP。在工作蒸汽温度为110℃和引射蒸汽温度为15℃的条件下,六波瓣喷嘴的COP达到最大值0.698。在工作蒸汽温度为130℃和引射蒸汽温度为15℃的条件下,六波瓣喷嘴的临界冷凝压力达到最大值3.674kPa。 |

Steam ejector refrigeration has attracted much attention as an energy-saving refrigeration method. Four kinds of lobed nozzles were designed for the steam ejector refrigeration system. The effects of the lobed nozzles on the performance of the steam ejector were studied under different working conditions. The performance characteristics of the four lobed nozzles were experimentally investigated under the generating temperature of 110, 120, 130°C and the evaporating temperature of 5, 10、15°C, respectively. The experimental results show that the six lobed nozzle has a higher COP(Coefficient Of Performance) than other nozzles. When the generating temperature of 110°C and the evaporating temperature of 15°C, the COP of the six lobed nozzle reaches maximum value of 0.698. At the generating temperature of 130°C and the evaporating temperature of 15°C, the critical condensing pressure of the six lobed nozzle reaches maximum of 3.674 kPa. |
