横管降膜流动过程中,液膜的厚度、速度和温度分布是影响传热传质的关键参数。而由于实验研究方法的局限性,实验测得的结果一般只有液膜内部的平均温度,而液膜内部的速度和温度分布却无法测得。借助FLUENT软件,利用VOF模型研究橫管外液膜内部的速度和温度分布。通过建立三维网格模型,模拟研究常温常压下,橫管外液膜无相变条件下横管液膜的传热过程,并从边界层的角度解释液膜波动对传热过程的影响。 |

The thickness, velocity, temperature of the liquid film is the key parameters for heat and mass transfer in horizontal tube falling film. Due to the limitations of the experimental methods, the experimental results only show the average velocity and temperature rather than the distribution of the velocity and temperature. This paper simulated the heat transfer process of the horizontal tube falling film without phase transition in the condition of normal temperature and pressure with the help of Fluent software using the VOF model. Besides, this paper analyze the heat transfer process from the view of theory of boundary layer. |
