活塞作为低速机中承受极高热负荷的重要部件,实现活塞的合理冷却是保证柴油机安全稳定运行的必要手段。然而目前国内对于低速机的活塞冷却问题却鲜有研究,为了丰富国内关于低速机活塞复杂冷却腔冷却问题的研究,本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,进一步分析研究了活塞在动态流域换热冷却下的温度场分布规律。研究发现活塞的瞬态温度场和稳态温度场分布一致,最低温度均出现在顶面中心,顶面的温度变化趋势与缸内温度场变化规律一致。同时,通过活塞流域分析可知,冷却腔壁面的温度波动主要受冷却流域与壁面对流换热系数值的影响。 |

As an important component of the low-speed diesel engine that bears extremely high heat load, the piston achieves reasonable cooling of the piston is a necessary means to ensure the safe and stable operation of the diesel engine. However, at present, there is little research on the piston cooling problem of low speed machine in China. In order to enrich the domestic research on the cooling problem of complex cooling chamber of low speed machine piston, this paper further analyzes and studies the piston in dynamic watershed based on the previous research results. The distribution of temperature field under thermal cooling. It is found that the transient temperature field and steady-state temperature field distribution of the piston are consistent, and the lowest temperature appears at the center of the top surface. The temperature change trend of the top surface is consistent with the variation of the temperature field in the cylinder. At the same time, through the analysis of the piston watershed, the temperature fluctuation of the wall surface of the cooling chamber is mainly affected by the value of the heat transfer coefficient of the cooling watershed and the wall. |
