      燃煤电厂膜法烟气水回收技术是实现节水的有效措施,然而烟气中含有的石膏浆滴会堵塞复合膜降低其水分回收能力,在复合膜前装设疏液表面用以提前捕集石膏浆滴或可成为有效解决办法。本文利用聚四氟乙烯材料(PTFE)制作疏液表面并实验研究石膏浆滴在其上的动力学行为特征,包括撞击、铺展和滑落等,可视化研究表面微槽结构对石膏浆滴撞击表面动力学行为特征影响,发现在PTFE表面增加微米沟槽能够进一步提高表面的疏液性,且顺向布置沟槽有利于浆滴快速脱落捕集并减轻表面污染。
英文摘要:
      The water recovery from exhaust gas in coal-fired power plants using membrane is an effective method to conserve water resources. However, the gypsum slurry droplets in the exhaust gas will contaminate the composite membrane to hinder water recovery. It may offer an opportunity to capture the gypsum slurry droplets from the exhaust gas by installing a hydrophobic surface in front of the composite membrane. In this work, the dynamic behaviors of gypsum slurry droplets on the hydrophobic surface manufactured by polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), including impacting, spreading and sliding, were experimentally investigated. The effect of micro-grooved structures on dynamic behavior characteristics of gypsum slurry droplets impacting on the surface was explored. The results showed that the micro-grooved structures further improved hydrophobicity of the PTFE surface, and the forward-direction grooves facilitated the departure and capture of gypsum slurry droplets and reduce surface contamination.
