      通过对比准东煤与福建无烟煤的煤质分析、燃烧特性指数、燃烧动力学参数等,分析了准东煤与福建无烟煤的燃烧特性差异。结果表明:准东煤的挥发分明显高于福建无烟煤,属于极易着火的煤种;福建无烟煤与准东煤硫分低,燃烧中对环境污染小,但灰熔点都相对较低,容易结渣;准东煤的热重曲线较福建无烟煤向低温区偏移,峰区较宽,燃烧失重峰为双峰,着火方式由非均相着火向均相着火转变。准东煤的综合燃烧特性指数较大,表观活化能小;准东煤的煤反应活性和燃烧特性明显优于福建无烟煤。依热重分析,准东煤与福建无烟煤的着火温度分别为673.17 ℃和397.49 ℃,燃尽温度分别为803.05 ℃和741.18 ℃,活化能分别为191.39 kJ/mol和26.32 kJ/mol,综合燃烧特性指数分别为3.162×10-5和2.775×10-3。
英文摘要:
      The combustion characteristics of Zhundong coal and Fujian anthracite were comparatively studied by comparison of them in the proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, ash fusibility and thermogravimetry curves. The results show that Zhundong coal has higher volatile content to make it as the coal easy to ignition, the same with Fujian anthracite, it has low sulphur content while has severe slagging property. Compared Zhundong coal with Fujian anthracite, the thermogravimetry curves of the former has the feature of shifting to lower temperature and wider peak district. Besides, its ignition mode is not heterogeneous ignition but homogeneous ignition. The comprehensive combustion characteristic index of Zhundong coal is even higher and its apparent activation energy is even lower, so Zhundong coal is obviously better than Fujian anthracite in the coal reactivity and combustion characteristics. The ignition temperature, burnout temperature, activation energy and comprehensive combustion characteristic index of Zhundong coal and Fujian anthracite are respectively corresponding 673.17 ℃, 802.05 ℃, 191.39 kJ/mol and 3.162×10-5 to 397.49 ℃, 739.34 ℃, 26.32 kJ/mol and 2.775×10-3.
