      根据碳氢燃料热裂解反应的特性,通过将冷却燃料直接与高温裂解产物混合的方法建立了一种碳氢燃料高温裂解的快速冷却取样实验方法。基于该方法,详细研究了正癸烷在超临界压力下的热裂解反应。通过对产物组成和分布的分析,得到了正癸烷热裂解的基本规律。结果表明,对于正癸烷的裂解产物,其选择性随转化率的提高基本保持不变,符合等比例产物分布模型。在此基础上,使用Chemkin Pro软件对实验进行了模拟从而验证了该实验方法的可靠性。
英文摘要:
      According to the characteristics of hydrocarbon fuels thermal cracking, a method of rapid cooling- sampling for hydrocarbon fuels thermal cracking was established by mixing the cooling fuel directly with the pyrolysis products at high temperature. Based on this method, the thermal cracking reaction of n-decane was studied in detail under supercritical pressure. The basic cracking law of n-decane was obtained by analyzing the composition and distribution of products. The results show that the selectivities of main products are almost constant with the increasing of conversion, which is consistent with the proportional product distribution model. On this basis, the reliability of the experimental method is verified by Chemkin Pro software.
