在核电工业中,T型管是一种常见的管道结构。在稳压器波动管道的T型接口处,由于主支管动量比很大,会产生湍流穿透现象。使用数值方法,对于T型管不同动量比冷热流体混合过程中的湍流穿透现象进行了研究,通过合理划分网格及设定时间步长,采用大涡模拟方法获得了管内流体的瞬时速度与温度。数值结果表明,当湍流穿透现象发生时,支管内速度与温度会发生剧烈波动;随着主支管动量比的增加,湍流穿透的深度增加;温度波动区域的范围大于湍流穿透区域。 |

In the nuclear power industry, the T-junction is a common structure. In the T-junction of pressurizer surge line, high momentum ratio between the main pipe and branch pipe will cause the turbulent penetrating phenomenon. In this paper, the numerical method is used to study the turbulent penetrating phenomenon with different momentum ratio in the mixing process of the hot and cold fluid. By reasonably dividing the grid and selecting the time step, the fluid’s instantaneous speed and temperature in the branch pipe are obtained by the large eddy simulation method.. The numerical results show that when the turbulent penetration area coincides with the temperature mixing area, the temperature will fluctuate drastically; as the momentum ratio increases, the depth of turbulent penetration increases; the range of the temperature fluctuation area is larger than the turbulent penetration area. |
