针对高温采油环境传统检测方法无法实现在线检测的问题,设计了恒温实验系统,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪IRTracer-100测量了不同温度下原油的透射光谱,基于双厚度法反演出原油的光学常数n和k与热辐射物性参数α和ρ,研究了不同温度对T、n、k、α和ρ的影响。结果表明:在400cm-1~4000cm-1波段内,不同温度下原油透射光谱变化趋势相同,且存在726cm-1、1382cm-1、1471cm-1、2849cm-1四个吸收峰。在吸收峰处,温度对原油的透射光谱和光学参数影响显著;随着温度的升高,n逐渐减小,温度为70℃,频率为2849cm-1时,n达到最小为1.3387。k和α随温度变化规律一致,40℃时,k和α均达到最大,分别为1.65E-04和592.70。ρ受温度影响波动较小,在0.0142~0.0905内变化。 |

In view of the problem that traditional detection methods can not realize on-line detection in high temperature environment, a constant temperature experimental system is designed. The transmission spectra of crude oil at different temperatures were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer IRTracer-100, and the optical constants n and k and thermal radiation physical parameters of crude oil were inverted based on double thickness method. The effects of different temperatures on T, n, k, α and ρ were studied. The results show that the transmission spectrum of crude oil has the same trend at different temperatures in the range of 400 cm-1 to 4000 cm-1, and there are four absorption peaks: 726 cm-1, 1382 cm-1, 1471 cm-1 and 2849 cm-1. At the absorption peak, temperature has a significant effect on the transmission spectrum(T) and optical parameters of crude oil. With the increase of temperature, n decreases gradually, and reaches a minimum of 1.3387 when the temperature is 70 ℃ and the frequency is 2849cm-1. The law of k and α changing with temperature is the same. At 40 ℃, k and α reach the maximum, which are 1.65E-04 and 592.70, respectively. ρ fluctuates slightly under the influence of temperature and varies from 0.0142 to 0.0905. |
