      为了探究传统轴向分流和新型环形空腔两种出口导流形式对一型进汽结构变流量工况下气动性能的影响,采用全三维数值模拟的方法对分别带有两种出口导流形式的进汽结构进行研究,并通过分析出口气动参数变化规律,获得二者的变流量性能特性。结果表明:二者在流动损失方面无明显差别,但带有环形空腔出口导流形式的进汽结构在出口气流角均匀度和马赫数均匀度上性能突出,其气流角和马赫数在出口的分布规律也更接近压力级的实际来流情况,为压力级高效、安全运行提供保障。

      In order to investigate the influences of two outlet-guide forms of traditional axial split-flow and new annular cavity on the aerodynamic performance of a inlet structure under variable flow conditions, full three-dimensional numerical simulation method has been used to investigate the inlet structure with two different outlet-guide forms, and aerodynamic characteristics are obtained by analyzing the variation rule of the outlet aerodynamic parameters. The results show that there is no significant difference in flow loss between two different outlet- guide forms. However, the inlet structure with annular cavity outlet-guide form has a outstanding performance on the uniformity of outlet gas angle and Mach number,in addition, its distribution of gas angle and Mach number at outlet is closer to the actual inflow of pressure stages, which provides a guarantee for the efficient and safe operation of pressure stages.
