为了降低火电厂烟气含湿量,以新型的上喷淋上进气喷淋塔为研究对象,采用FLUENT模型模拟喷淋塔内部两相流体的运动,并与实验验证,采用单变量分析方法研究烟气流速、喷淋液滴直径、喷淋速度、喷淋流量四种因素对出口液滴逃逸量的影响。研究结果表明:各操作条件对出口液滴逃逸量的影响程度:液滴直径>喷淋流量>进气速度>喷淋速度;出口液滴逃逸量随着喷淋流量和进气速度的增长而线性增长;在进气速度3.5 m/s下,当液滴直径小于1 mm时,逃逸量随液滴直径减小而迅速上升;当直径大于1 mm时,液滴逃逸量几乎为0,不受喷淋流量影响。 |

To reduce the moisture content of flue gas in thermal power plants, the novel spray tower was taken as the research object. The Fluent model was used to simulate the motion of the two-phase fluid inside the spray tower, and the model was verified experimentally. The effects of four factors, such as flue gas flow rate, spray droplet diameter, spray velocity and spray flow rate, on the escape rate of the outlet droplets were studied by univariate analysis. The results show that the influence degree of each operating condition on the escape amount of the outlet droplet: droplet diameter > spraying flowrate > inlet velocity > spraying velocity; The droplet escape amount increases linearly with the increase of spraying flowrate and inlet velocity; at the inlet velocity of 3.5 m/s, when the droplet diameter is less than 1 mm, the escape amount increases rapidly as the droplet diameter decreases; When it is larger than 1 mm, the droplet escape amount is almost zero, which is not affected by the spraying flowrate. |
