      利用海水淡化技术将淡水从海水中分离出来是解决淡水资源短缺问题的有效途径。气隙扩散蒸馏装置是一种热分离装置。该装置具有表面积大、工作温度低、热源适应性好、金属消耗量低、常压运行等优点,非常适合偏远山区和海岛地区的应用。对气隙扩散蒸馏模型进行了建模,利用NaCl水溶液模型进行了?分析。以热料液温度、冷料液温度、溶液流量对?效率的影响进行了敏感性分析。计算并比较了外热源、蒸发器、气隙和冷凝器的?损失。研究发现气隙扩散蒸馏装置?效率可以达到30%,为工艺优化和提高装置的能效提供了指导。
英文摘要:
      Using seawater desalination technology to separate fresh water from seawater is the most effective way to solve the problem of the shortage of freshwater resources. The air gap diffusion desalination method described in this paper is a thermal separation method. The device has the advantages of large surface area, low operating temperature, good heat source adaptability, low metal consumables, normal pressure operation, etc. It is very suitable for applications in remote mountainous areas.The air gap diffusion desalination model was modeled and analyzed. the exergy analysis was done using NaCl aqueous solution model. Sensitivity analysis of the exergy efficiency was performed with the hot fluid temperature, cold fluid temperature, solution flow rates. Then calculated and compared the exergy losses of external heat source, evaporator, air-gap and condenser in the process. It is found that the exergy efficiency of air gap diffusion desalination device can reach 30%. The guidance is provided for the process optimization and the improvement of the energy efficiency of the device.
