The extensive use of biomass slows down the environmental degradation, but its high alkali metal content will lead to the precipitation of alkali metals in the gasification process, resulting in high temperature corrosion of heating surface and emission pollution of fine particles. The study on the release of alkali metals and the transformation of occurrence forms will help to solve the above problems. In this paper, the gasification experiment was carried out in a small fluidized bed. The original rice husk and gasification fly ash were fractionated to determine the content of various forms of K element, and the effects of temperature and gasification equivalence ratio on the migration and release of K element were explored. It is found that the increase of temperature and the increase of gasification equivalence ratio can increase the gas phase release ratio of K element, and the content of water-soluble state will decrease, and the effect of temperature on the migration and release of K element is more significant than that of gasification equivalence ratio. |
