      低低温电除尘器得到了广泛应用,但国内外鲜有高硫煤机组应用低低温电除尘器的案例。搭建了高硫煤机组低低温电除尘器试验台,测试了五种不同烟气温度下飞灰样本的比电阻、成分和粒径,提出了飞灰平均粒径与烟气温度的拟合公式;完成了国内首台高硫煤机组低低温电除尘器工程应用,并对低低温电除尘器进行了性能测试和运行优化。试验结果表明:烟气温度越低,飞灰比电阻越低,飞灰粒径越大;飞灰成分随着烟气温度变化较小;除尘效率随着烟气温度的降低明显提高;采用运行模式三和模式四相对日常运行模式可分别降低电除尘器电耗28%和35%。

      Low-low temperature electric precipitators have been widely used in recent years, but there are few cases of high-sulfur coal-fired units at home and abroad applying low-low temperature electric precipitators. The low-low temperature electric precipitator test platform for high-sulfur coal-fired units was built to test the resistivity, composition and particle size of different fly ash samples, which were sampled under differ-ent flue gas temperatures. Proposed a fitting formula for the average particle size and the flue gas tem-perature. Realized the engineering application of the first domestic low-low temperature electrostatic pre-cipitator for high-sulfur coal-fired units. Tested the collection efficiency and optimized the low-low tem-perature electrostatic precipitator. The results show that the lower of the flue gas temperature, the lower of the fly ash resistivity, the larger of the fly ash particle size, and the higher of the electrostatic precipitator efficiency. Fly ash composition is basically the same. The collection efficiency is significantly improved with the decrease of the flue gas temperature. The operation Mode Three and Mode Four can reduce the power consumption by 28% and 35% relative to the daily operation mode.
