      以硼矿石焙烧CFB-FGD系统中的吸收塔为研究对象,以FLUENT15.0为计算平台,采用数值模拟的方法研究了扰流器对吸收塔内气固两相流流场、温度场以及颗粒驻留时间的影响。结果表明:在吸收塔上部加装扰流器可以增强吸收塔上半部的气固两相扰动,强化吸收剂颗粒的内循环,延长吸收剂在塔内的驻留时间,并能有效降低吸收塔出口烟温;随着扰流器出流速度的增大,吸收塔内烟气的平均湍动能增大而出口烟温则逐渐降低。

      Taking the absorption tower of CFB-FGD system for boron ore roasting as the research object, the influence of adding spoiler on gas-solid two-phase flow field, temperature field and particle residence time in the absorption tower was studied by numerical simulation with fluent 15.0 as the calculation platform. The results show that adding a spoiler on the upper part of the absorber can enhance the gas-solid interaction in the upper part of the absorber, strengthen the internal circulation of the absorbent particles, prolong the residence time of the absorbent in the absorber, and effectively reduce the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the absorber; With the increase of the outlet wind speed of the spoiler, the average turbulent kinetic energy of the flue gas in the absorber increases, while the outlet flue gas temperature decreases gradually.
