      灰气体加权和(WSGG)模型因其高的计算效率在工程中被广泛应用于辐射换热计算,针对传统的WSGG模型在计算非等温非均匀工况时存在较大误差的问题,建立了适用于单一气体的WSGG模型参数数据库,并给出了窑炉燃烧中6种常见参与性气体的具体参数表。采用新模型参数数据库计算了单一气体的辐射热流和辐射源项,将计算结果与逐线法(LBL)和其它WSGG模型计算结果进行了比较,结果表明:新模型参数能很好的计算气体的辐射热流和辐射源项,且新模型具有很高的计算效率,这对WSGG模型在非等温非均匀工况下的高精度、高效率辐射计算具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Weighted-sum-of-gray-gases(WSGG) model is widely used in engineering application because of its high calculation efficiency. Aiming at the problem that the traditional WSGG model has large error in the calculation of non-isothermal and non-homogeneous conditions. The parameter database of WSGG model suitable for single gas is established, and the specific parameter table of six common participating gases in furnace combustion is given. The radiation heat flux and radiation source terms of a single gas are calculated by using the new model parameter database. The results are compared with those of LBL and other WSGG models.The results show that the new model parameters can well calculate the radiation heat flux and radiation source terms of other gases, and the new model has high calculation efficiency, which is of great significance to the high accuracy and high efficiency radiation calculation of WSGG model under non isothermal and non-uniform conditions.
