采用乙炔和甲烷的混合气作为燃料,利用涂覆硝酸镍的铜基板,进行合成碳纳米管的试验研究。对于制备出的碳纳米材料的微观形貌采用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM) 进行了表征,分析了不同燃料对火焰合成的影响,并研究了硝酸镍催化剂的浓度对合成碳纳米管的影响。研究结果表明:利用两种混合气体预混燃烧能够成功合成出质量较好的多壁碳纳米管;采用浓度为0.01mol/L的硝酸镍催化剂无法合成出碳纳米管,只有碳纳米纤维等纳米材料。硝酸镍催化剂浓度为0.1mol/L和1.0mol/L时能合成形态和结构都较理想的碳纳米管。 |

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were successfully synthetized on the substrate coating with nickel nitrate as catalyst in the acetylene/methane premixed flame. The carbon nanomaterials were characterized by the scanning electron microscop (SEM) and the transmission electron microscop (TEM) respectively in the experiments. The effects of different fuels and catalyst concentration on the synthesis of CNTs were studied. The results show that CNTs are successfully synthetized in the acetylene/methane premixed flame with concentrations of 0.1 mol/L and 1.0 mol/L nickel nitrate used as catalyst. The morphology and structure of CNTs are of high quality. |
