在带钢连续热镀锌生产中,锌液在锌锅内的流动及温度分布情况对于镀层质量有着重要的意义。以某热镀锌锌锅为研究对象,通过实验得到的锌锅边界换热情况,得到锌锅计算的边界条件。使用CFX商业软件对锌锅内的流场及温度场进行模拟,并比较研究了带钢的宽度与运行速度对锌液流动的影响。结果表明,模拟与实验测量数据良好吻合,表明了计算方法的正确性。不同带宽的锌锅流场具有相似性,而带钢速度的不同将对锌锅流场产生较大的影响。带速的上升一方面使得锌锅温度的不均匀程度降低,另一方面则增加了底渣卷起而附着在带钢上的可能性。 |

The understanding of molten zinc flow patterns and temperature distribution in galvanizing bath is of great importance in association of the coating on strip. The heat exchange on the boundary of zinc pot is calculated by online measurement data. Heat and fluid flows in the galvanizing bath is numerically studied by using the software CFX. The influences of strip velocity and width on metallurgical behavior of galvanizing bath are analyzed. The results show that these results of simulation are in good consistence with the empirical data. Therefore, the computing method by the present paper is validated. The strip width has very little influence on the overall flow patterns developed in the pot, while the strip velocity may influence the flow patterns greatly. Increasing the strip speed can reduce the non-uniformity of the temperature, but the bottom dross may be disturbed and become floating in the bath, which is harmful. |
