      基于管内强化传热概念,采用中心组合实验设计方法和多孔介质模型,对管内填充颗粒物强化换热器传热进行模拟计算。应用响应面方法建立了管内颗粒物粒径、孔隙率及管内流速与换热量之间的回归模型,并采用搜索算法对该模型进行优化求解,得到了该模型的最佳填充物参数。结果表明,管内颗粒物强化传热的响应面模型能准确预测颗粒物及入口流速对换热能力的影响。该方法用于颗粒物强化传热研究,能够减少工作量,快速确定填充物最佳结构参数。
英文摘要:
      Based on the concept of enhanced heat transfer inside pipe, the central composite design (CCD) was employed to design the simulation experiment. Meanwhile, the porous media model was applied to study the correlation between the heat transfer amount and the parameters (particulate diameter, porosity and velocity of inner side). The regress models was built based on the response surface method (RSM) and analyzed by direct search method to get the optimized particulate parameters. The results show that the RSM model accurately forecast the effect of the particulate parameters and the inlet velocity to the heat transfer ability. Therefore, this method is fit for the research of enhancement of heat transfer applied particulate. It is conducive to reduce simulation work and get the particulate structural parameters quickly.
