      针对使用压力旋流雾化喷嘴的轻油燃烧器,作者通过商业CFD软件Fluent,研究了不同的助燃空气初始温度,雾化锥角以及助燃空气旋流强度对火焰形态的影响情况,并且用实验结果验证了数值模拟的可靠性。本文最终得出了不同设计参数下火焰形态的具体分布情况以及分布趋势,并且对研究结果进行了分析。本文为燃烧器和锅炉选型设计提供了相关参考,也为运用数值模拟方法研究火焰形态提供了实验和理论依据。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,the author used commercial CFD software Fluent to study the flame structure in light oil burner with pressure-swirl atomizer. Different conditions of initial combustion air temperature,spray cone-angle and the swirling intensity of combustion air are taken into consideration to find their relationships with flame structure. And the author used experimental results to verify the reliability of numerical simulation method. Finally, the author got the accurate distribution trend of flame structure under different conditions and analyzed the research results. This paper could provide references for the design and model selection of burner and boiler. Moreover, it offers experimental and theoretical basis for the research of flame structure using numerical method.
