      通过实验方法准确而全面的测试得到蓄热型波纹板流动和传热性能,对于开发和设计紧凑换热器具有重要意义。瞬态实验方法可以求得蓄热型波纹板时间和空间上的平均传热系数,也即当量传热系数。单吹技术是一种应用单一流体的相对简单的瞬态实验方法,考虑蓄热型波纹板通道内波形板和定位板与空气层传热接触面积不同,拓展了单吹技术数学模型,并建立了相应的计算程序。将现有单吹实验装置中冷、热风进口分离开来,避免冷风流经加热装置,有效提高现有单吹实验装置的综合效率。测得DU-K(Double Corrugated-Kaier, DU-K)波纹板的流动传热特性与Re数拟合曲线,与文献中DU(Double Corrugated, DU)波纹板进行比较,在Re为1000-11000范围内,其传热特性平均比DU波纹板低17.41%,流动阻力平均比DU波纹板要低55.96%。针对DU-K与DU波纹板几何结构的不同,分析了DU-K综合特性较DU得以改善的原因。

      It’s significant for the development and design of compact heat exchanger to get accurate and comprehensive heat transfer and resistance characteristics of heat accumulator corrugated plate by experimental methods. Transient experimental method could obtain the average heat transfer coefficient of accumulator corrugated plate in time and space which is equivalent heat transfer coefficient. Single Blow Technology is a relatively simple transient method which employs a single fluid. According to the difference of heat transfer area of positioning plate and corrugated plate with air in the passage, mathematical model of single blow technology (STB) is developed. And the corresponding program is established. Through the separation of hot and cold air duct imports, the heating device was prevented from cooling down. Thus the overall efficiency of transient convection experimental was improved. The heat transfer and resistance characteristics of DU-K with Re were obtained by fitting. The fitting curve were compared with DU which were studied elsewhere. The comparison indicated DU-K plate has 17.41% reduction in heat transfer and 55.96% reduction in flow resistance compared with DU during the range of 1000-11000 of Re. Considering the geometries difference of DU-K and DU plate, the reasons of DU-K’s improved comprehensive characteristics were analyzed.
