      针对户外高压隔离开关触头过热现象,对动静触头接触部分作了认真分析,将触头三维模型简化后,采用有限元软件ANSYS进行热稳定性仿真计算。分析发现,接触电阻大于100μΩ,接触电流高于400A时,触头接触部分易发热甚至过热,接触面积在大电流流通时,对接触部分温升的影响越大;风速越大对触头散热的影响越平缓,环境温度变化值等同于相同条件下触头温升的变化值。关键词:户外高压隔离开关;ANSYS;热稳定性;接触电阻;电流;接触面积;风速;环境温度
英文摘要:
      The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate and calculate the thermal stability after the 3D contact terminals were simplified for the overheating of outdoor high-voltage disconnecting switches. After careful analysis, when contact resistance was greater than 100μΩ and pick-up current was greater than 400A, the contact segment of contact terminals would be easy to heat even overheat. The larger the current was, the greater effect on the temperature rising of contact segment would be, and the stronger the wind was, the effect on the heat dissipation of contact terminals would be much more gentler. And how much the environmental temperature changed was equal to the changing of temperature rising of contact terminals while under the same condition.
