通过补充相变蒸发界面传热传质热力学关系式,本文构建了LHP蒸发器多区域流动与传热耦合分析的三维数学物理模型,并基于FLUENT软件对某种甲醇-不锈钢平板型蒸发器内的流动与传热情况进行了数值求解。数值分析结果表明,蒸发器内的传热与流动受几何结构影响明显,表现出较强的方向差异;不同热负荷条件下,补偿腔内流体的流动与传热特性呈现出较大差别,受到回流液速度和温度、毛细芯界面蒸发质量流率、毛细芯反向导热和侧壁漏热等多种因素共同影响。本文的计算方法和研究结果,可以为平板型蒸发器内流动与传热特性的定量分析提供依据。 |

A three-dimensional mathematical model to describe the heat and mass transfer mechanism in a flat evaporator of miniature loop heat pipe was developed,in which the multi-region of the evaporator can be solved together. To numerically solve the model by using the CFD software(FLUENT), several special assumptions on the evaporating interface must be proposed and discussed. The temperature distribution, fluid flow status and the velocity field in the evaporator of a methanol-stainless steel LHP (loop heat pipe) under the different heat loads were analyzed, especially those in the compensation chamber. The simulated results indicate that the flow and heat transfer characteristics in x and y directions are different obviously, while the flow and heat transfer in the compensation chamber have a significant influence on the whole evaporator. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a 3D integral model of heat and mass transfer for the evaporator. The calculation method and results discussed in this work are very helpful for further research on the system fluctuations caused by the instability of two-phase flow in the compensation chamber. |
