考虑太阳能辐射传热和石蜡材料的相变特性,建立了含石蜡层玻璃围护结构的导热、相变和辐射耦合传热模型,利用布格尔定律跟踪太阳能辐射传输,采用控制容积法离散传热方程,分析了辐射传热对含石蜡材料玻璃围护结构的热影响,并探讨了石蜡吸收系数和折射率对含石蜡层玻璃围护结构的传热影响。研究结果表明:①辐射对含石蜡层玻璃围护结构传热过程影响较大。②石蜡的吸收系数和折射率对含石蜡层玻璃围护结构内部温度、热流以及透光率的影响显著。本文结论为含石蜡层玻璃围护结构的设计提供了理论参考。 |

Considering the solar radiation heating and phase change characteristics of paraffin wax material, a coupled heat transfer model including phase change, heat conduction and radiation in glass envelope with a paraffin wax layer was proposed. By tracking solar radiation transmission using Burger''s law and by discretizing the heat transfer equation using the control volume method, the effect of radiation on heat transfer of the glass envelope with paraffin wax material was investigated, and the influence of the absorption coefficient and refractive index of paraffin wax was discussed. The results show that: ①The effect of radiation on the heat transfer of glass envelope with a paraffin wax layer is obvious. ②The effect of the absorption coefficient and refractive index of paraffin wax on the internal temperature, heat flux and light transmittance of the structure is significant. The conclusion in this paper will provide a theoretical reference for the design of wax layer of glass envelope. |
