中文摘要:
      为提高离心压缩机进口导叶的流量调节能力,以本课题原研究成果为基础对导叶叶型做进一步研究。通过数值模拟计算,对不同厚度弯叶型和不同弯度位置导叶的流量调节能力进行对比分析。结果表明,虽然减小弯叶型的厚度可扩大其流量调节范围,却增加了流动损失,使压缩机效率下降;将弯叶型最大挠度位置向后移,可有效提高导叶的流量调节能力,且其产生的损失对压缩机性能影响不大。最终选择出适合于导叶进行流量调节的最佳叶型,减少了压缩气体的排空浪费。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the flow regulation ability of inlet guide vane in centrifugal compressor, a further study is made on the basis of the previous research results of our research group. Through numerical simulation and calculation of different thickness of curved vane and different camber position of guide vane, flow regulation ability were compared and analyzed. The results show that although reducing the thickness of the curved vane can enlarge its flow regulation range, the flow loss can be increased, and the efficiency of the compressor can be reduced. Finally the best vane profile was selected, which is suitable for the flow regulation of guide vanes, and reduces the waste of compressed gas.
