在立式管式炉上研究了添加氟化钙和氧化铈对煤燃烧过程中脱硫脱硝特性的的影响。实验结果表明,在900℃实验条件下,添加不同比例的氟化钙,脱硫和脱硝效率都是随着氟化钙加入比例的增加而增加,脱硫效率最大可以达到90%,脱硝效率最大可以达到63%。当单独添加5%的氧化铈时,促进了煤燃烧过程中氮氧化物的排放,降低了硫氧化物的排放,脱硫效率为82%。当同时添加氟化钙和氧化铈时,最大脱硫效率为98%,氧化铈降低了氟化钙的脱硝效率,提高了氟化钙的脱硫效率,最大提高了8%。 |

The characteristics of coal combustion desulfurization and denitration was studied for adding calcuim and cerium oxide on vertical tube furnace. When temperature is at 900 ℃, adding different , desulfurization and denitration efficiency are increased with the increase proportion of calcium fluoride. The desulfurization efficiency can reach 90%, while denitration efficiency can reach 63%.When adding 5% cerium oxide alone, the NOx emission was enhanced in the process of coal combustion, and the sulfur oxide emission was reduced(the desulfurization efficiency of 82%). When adding calcium fluoride and cerium oxide, the largest desulfurization efficiency is 98%.Because dcerium oxide can reduce calcium fluoride denitration efficiency, but improve the efficiency of the desulphurization of calcium fluoride, which is 8% by maximum. |
