      提出一种通过微波辅助强化NH4Cl溶液活化对沸石改性的新方法,制备出一种高调湿性能的沸石基调湿材料。针对沸石基调湿材料的调湿特性,设计并搭建了一套静态调湿特性测试系统,研究了调湿材料的调湿特性及其与环境条件(温度、湿度)的关系。研究结果表明:改性沸石基复合调湿材料的吸湿、放湿能力相比天然沸石基调湿材料得到显著提高;环境温度每升高10℃,调控时间至少可减少5h;在相对湿度变化±10%,调控时间变化均不超过10h。
英文摘要:
      A new kind of zeolite-based humidity controlling materials with better absorption and desorption is developed by the modification of natural zeolite by microwave assisted ammonium chloride. Static experiments were designed and built to study the influence of environmental temperature and humidity on the hygroscopic material with the consideration of the physical parameter of ZBHCM. The results show that the moisture absorption and desorption capacity of the new zeolite based hygroscopic materials have been improved remarkably compared to the natural zeolite based hygroscopic materials. The humidity-controlling time can be decreased by 0.5h with the temperature increasing by 10℃.When the environmental humidity change in the range of±10%,the humidity-controlling time is less than five hours.
