针对四通道煤粉燃烧器存在着风量匹配不合理、燃烧温度低、煤耗高以及火焰形状不合理等问题,根据热工测试结果,提出了一种计算回转窑内热量的经验计算方法,得出回转窑内烟气、物料与窑壁沿轴向一维的温度分布。研究表明:对现场使用的燃料,过量空气系数为1.10是四通道煤粉燃烧器一个较好的操作状态,有利于产生较大的内、外回流区,保证较长的高温带分布,满足煤粉及时、完全燃烧,同时避免形成局部高温。 |

Currently, the main problems of the 4-channel coal burner are included as follows: unreasonable primary air flow, low combustion temperature, large coal consumption,inappropriate flame shape, etc.,leading to form inappropriate temperature field. A new empirical method is developed to calculate the heat in the bauxite sintering rotary kiln by thermal measurement. The paper researches gas, solid, inner-wall, and outer-wall temperature distribution laws along rotary kiln to reflect the condition of coal combustion indirectly. The results show that it is a better operation state when excess air coefficient is 1.10 for type NC 4-channel coal burner. It can form the modest internal and external backflow region, ensure the favorable high temperature zone, insure complete combustion and avoid local hyper-thermal zone simultaneously. |
