压水反应堆本体结构热工水力特性的CFD数值模型的准确建立是实现数字化反应堆的关键技术之一。采用等流通截面积方法简化了控制棒导向筒内部几何结构,通过多孔介质模型对堆芯燃料组件结构进行了简化,在此基础上建立了“华龙一号”反应堆本体结构的整体CFD分析模型。模拟结果表明,堆内流场不具备对称性,进行整体CFD模型建立和分析是非常必要,所建立的“华龙一号”反应堆整体CFD模型计算得到的热工水力特性合理,可为反应堆安全运行提供有效的参考数据。 |

The accurate establishment of the CFD numerical model of the thermal and hydraulic characteristics of the PWR full vessel is one of the key technologies to realize the digital reactor.The internal structure of the control rod guide tube is simplified by the method of equal corss-section area. The structure of the core fuel module is simplified by the porous media model.The overall CFD analysis model of the "Hualong One" reactor body structure is established on the basis of the simplified structure of the control rod guide tube .The simulation results show that it is necessary to establish and analyze the whole CFD modelsince the flow field in the heap does not have symmetry. The calculated CFD model of the Hualong One reactor is reasonable and can provide effective reference data for the safe operation of the reactor. |
