提出了一种具有蓄冷功能的LNG重卡冷能利用空调系统,阐述了LNG重卡冷能利用空调系统的设计原理,基于Aspen plus软件模拟了系统流程,并对系统性能进行了分析。研究结果表明,在设定工况参数下,循环风量为520 m3/h时,蒸发器侧送风温度为19.85 ℃,空调制冷量为3.704 kW,高于重卡每小时3.500 kW的制冷需求,满足系统制冷要求,同时,蓄冷器每小时可蓄存冷量0.410 kW,可适应重卡多工况下空调系统的正常运行。此外,搭建静态实验台验证系统可行性,并将实验结果与同工况下模拟结果对比,二者曲线趋势一致,系统运行效果良好,制冷能力能够满足实际需要。 |

A new trend of LNG cold energy utilization is discussed. The principle of design-heavy trucks air-conditioning system in using the LNG cold energy is explained. Simulate the system process with Aspen Plus, the result shows that under the set operating conditions, when LNG circulating air volume is 520.00 m3/h and the temperature of supply air is 19.85℃,the air-conditioning refrigerating capacity is 3.704 kW which higher than heavy truck requires 3.500 kW. Storage tanks can storage 0.410 kW at the same time. The system can meet the cold requirements of the heavy trucks with the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection and so on.In addition, set up experimental device verify the feasibility of the system and compare the test result with the simulation results, the result shows that two curves have the same trend. The experimental device of air-conditioning using LNG cold energy recovery is running good, cooling rapidly, could meet the cooling load for the heavy truck cabs air-conditioning. |
