      为研究冷驱动下的种子细胞在冻结相变过程中细胞大小及细胞壁渗透率的变化,利用低温冷冻实验台,将蚕豆切片进行冷却实验,分别在不同冷却速率下,观测细胞结构形态的变化,研究了不同冷却速率下细胞内结冰温度、细胞结构、细胞内压的变化,并计算细胞膜的渗透率。结果表明:蚕豆细胞内结晶温度点随着冷却速率的增大而降低;细胞内压随着细胞体积的变化而变化;渗透率的变化总体是随着温度的降低而增大,随着冷却速率的增大而增大。
英文摘要:
      For the change of seed cell research driven in the freezing cold in the process of transformation of cell size and cell wall permeability. Using a low temperature freezing test bench, the experiments were carried out under different cold driving conditions, and changes of cell structure at different cold driving conditions and the intracellular freezing temperatures and the cell internal pressure variation and computing the cell membrane permeability were studied. The experimental results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the freezing temperature of broad bean cells decreases with the increase of the freezing rate; the cell volume increases with the increase of intracellular pressure, and decreases with the decrease of temperature; the overall trend of permeability increases with the decrease of temperature, and increases with the increase of freezing rate. Based on the analysis of the cell structure during freezing, the experimental data were provided for the microscopic study of the freeze-dried seeds.
