中速磨煤机是燃煤机组重要的辅助设备,中速磨煤机的参数控制对于制粉系统安全、燃烧性能和锅炉效率具有直接的影响。目前相关行业标准对中速磨煤机运行的推荐限制值比较粗泛,既限制了磨煤机运行的经济性,也没有充分保证磨煤机运行的安全性。本文通过对煤样的热重红外分析,磨煤机内部的数值模拟,以及现场试验工作,对磨煤机内部热力过程进行研究,为进一步优化中速磨煤机的参数控制提供依据。 |

Medium speed coal pulverizer is an important auxiliary equipment of coal fired unit, and the parameter control of medium speed pulverizer has direct influence on the safety, combustion performance and boiler efficiency of the pulverizing system. At present, the recommended limit value of the relevant industry standards on the operation of medium speed coal pulverizer is relatively coarse, which limits the economic operation of the coal mill and does not fully guarantee the safety of the operation of the coal mill. Based on the coal thermal infrared analysis, numerical simulation of the mill, and the field test work, to study the internal thermal process of coal grinding machine, to provide the basis for further optimization of the parameters of the medium speed mill control. |
