      某航天器在轨运行面临外热流的频繁波动和载荷热耗的时变性扰动,热控分系统需要利用流体回路的自适应调节能力,维持被控对象在稳定的温度范围内。本文首先通过Sinda/Fluint模型对流体回路的动态特性进行了分析,验证了集总参数法的可行性,为Matlab的建模提供了依据,并对Sinda/Fluint模型的PI控温算法进行了初步探索,阐述了Matlab 深入细化建模的必要性。最后基于理论分析,对流体回路系统的传热和流动过程进行了分析和简化,搭建了Matlab的动态特性仿真平台。结果表明,模型和算法满足系统控温需求。
英文摘要:
      The thermal control system on orbit faces disturbances such as the external heat flux fluctuating frequently, the heat load varying at times. So, it is necessary that the fluid loop system can adjust itself adaptively to maintain the stability of the temperature of the controlled object. The research shows that the Sinda/Fluint model proved the viability of Lumped Parameter Method. It provided the theoretical basis of Matlab modeling. The PI thermal control algorithm of Sinda/Fluint model was studied preliminarily. It provided the necessity of Matlab deep modeling. In this paper, based on the theoretical analysis, the related heat transfer and flow process in the fluid loop system was analyzed and simplified. Matlab dynamic models of system components and the simulation platform for dynamic characteristics were established. The results show that the model and algorithm satisfied the system’s thermal control requirements.
