      设计了一种内插式真空管热水集热器,通过对其能量转换、传输特性研究,建立了内插式真空管集热器的热特性分析模型,并对不同设计参数和气候条件对内插式真空管热特性的影响进行了分析。结果表明,设计的集热器理论热效率最大可达79.5%,但其受环境温度、集热器工作温度等影响较大。另外,设计了由14只内插式真空管组成的太阳能热水器,采用迟滞算法将热水温度控制在50-55℃间,实验结果表明,样机系统的日热效率可达55%,样机输出热水近120kg,具有较好的实用价值。研究结果为内插式真空管太阳能热水器推广应用提供理论及实验依据。
英文摘要:
      A evacuated tube solar water heating collector with inserted tubes is designed, the thermal characteristic analysis model of the collector is established according to the energy conversion and transmission characteristics of the collector, and the effects of different design parameters and climatic conditions on the thermal characteristics of the vacuum tube hot water heater collector with inserted tubes are analyzed by using the analysis model. The results show that the thermal efficiency of the designed collector can reach 79.5%, but it is greatly affected by the environmental meteorological conditions and the working temperature of the collector. In addition, A prototype of solar water heating system is designed, which is made up of 14 vacuum tube collector with inserted tubes, and the hot water is controlled at 50℃ -55℃ by using hysteresis arithmetic. The experimental results show that the maximum daily thermal efficiency of the prototype system can reach 55%, and the output hot water of the prototype is nearly 120kg, which has good practical value.The results provide theoretical and experimental basis for the popularization and application of evacuated tube solar collector with inserted tubes.
