      为了探究松木屑粉末在不同比例的Fe2O3添加下的焦油产率、残炭产率、气体产率和气体组分的变化规律,采用热重和管式加热炉热解的方法对松木屑粉末进行实验研究。实验在N2气氛保护下,以50℃/min的升温速率,终温分别为350℃、450℃、550℃、650℃和750℃时研究松木屑粉末的热解变化规律。实验结果如下:随着温度的升高,在无添加下松木屑粉末的焦油产率和气体产率逐渐升高,而残炭产率有所下降。分析气体组分变化可知,随着温度的升高CO2下降趋势较为明显,CO与CnHm基本保持不变,CH4与H2出现明显上升。添加Fe2O3可以有效降低松木屑粉末的焦油产率、残炭产率,提升气体产率,原料中Fe2O3比例越高效果越明显。添加15% Fe2O3在750℃时的焦油产率相比于纯松木屑热解降低4.25%,气体产率提升8.57%,此时的H2产率为44.42 L/kg,表明Fe2O3具有良好的催化效果。

      In order to explore the tar yield, residual carbon yield, gas yield and gas composition changing with the Fe2O3 proportion added into pine sawdust powde,experimental study was carried out by means of thermogravimetry and pyrolysis in tubular heating furnace. With the protection of N2 atmosphere and heating rate of 50℃/min, the pyrolysis temperature of pine sawdust powder was studied at 350℃,450℃,550℃,650℃and750℃.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the tar yield and gas production rate of the pine powder gradually increase without the additon of Fe2O3, but the carbon residue rate decreases .By anlyzing the component changes, it isfound that with the increase of temperature, CO2 decreases significantly, CO and CnHm remain unchanged, and CH4 and H2 increase significantly. The addition of Fe2O3 can effectively reduce the tar yield, residual carbon rate and improve the gas production rate of the pine wood powder. The greater the proportion of Fe2O3 in the raw material, the more obvious the effect will be. The tar yield of 15% Fe2O3 addition decreases by 4.25% and the gas production rate increases by 8.57% at the temperature of 750℃,the yield of H2 is 4.42 L/kg at the same time, which indicated that Fe2O3 has good atalytic effect.
