      从现有风能直驱式热泵系统存在的突出问题入手,利用软连接管路突破了风能直驱热泵系统硬连接的瓶颈问题,提出新型风力机直驱蒸汽压缩式热泵系统,并对该系统进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,热泵机组制热量随压缩机转速呈近似线性规律,热泵机组COP随转速呈近似指数变化规律,机组存在最佳转速;金属软管阻力损失对制冷剂焓值影响可以忽略,但是对冷凝温度有较显著影响,如需要保证热水温度,则需要提高冷凝压力,则相应COP会降低,机组运行稳定,初步证明系统可行。其研究结果可为风能供热系统奠定理论依据。

      Starting from the outstanding problems existing in the existing wind energy direct drive heat pump system, the soft link pipeline broke through the bottleneck problem of the hard connection of the wind energy direct drive heat pump system, and a new wind turbine direct drive vapor compression heat pump system was proposed and the system was implemented. Experimental Study. The experimental results show that the heating capacity of the heat pump unit is approximately linear with the compressor speed. The COP of the heat pump unit changes approximately exponentially with the speed. The unit has the best speed; the effect of the metal hose resistance loss on the refrigerant enthral can be neglected, but The condensing temperature has a significant effect. If it is necessary to ensure the hot water temperature, the condensing pressure needs to be increased, the corresponding COP will be reduced, and the unit operation will be stable. It is initially proved that the system is feasible. The research results can lay a theoretical basis for the wind energy heating system.
