      为了研究环保制冷剂R744/R600a应用于热泵系统的可行性,在直热式水源热泵系统实验台上对R744充注质量分数在3%~11%范围内的五种工况进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:R744充注浓度的变化对热泵系统的COPh、制热量和排气温度等性能参数均产生显著的影响;在热泵名义工况下,混合工质的最优R744充注质量分数为7%,其对应的系统COPh和制热量相比 R600a系统均明显提高,而其排气温度则明显降低。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the feasibility of environment-friendly mixed refrigerant R744/R600a applied in heat pump system, five filling concentrations of R744 with a ratio of 3% to 11% were studied experimentally on the experimental platform of direct heating water source heat pump system . The experimental results show that charging concentration of R744 has a significant impact on COPh, heat production, exhaust temperature and other performance parameters of the heat pump system. Under the standard working condition of heat pump, the optimal charging concentration of R744 is 7%, and COPh and heat production of the corresponding system are significantly increased compared with that of R600a system, while the exhaust temperature is significantly reduced.
