      为了研究无机传热元件的启动过程,采用无机传热元件实验装置,测试了不同倾斜角度、加热水入口温度和加热段冷却段长度比下光管式无机传热元件的启动性能。实验结果表明:无机传热元件在倾角为30°、60°和90°时均具有良好的启动性能,且倾角越大,稳定工作时绝热段管壁温度越高;加热水入口温度越高,无机传热元件稳定工作时的工质温度越高;加热段与冷却段长度比越大,最小启动角越大,启动越困难,在实际应用中,为保证无机传热元件的顺利启动,其安装角度确保大于2°。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the start-up process of inorganic heat transfer element, a set of inorganic heat transfer element experiment device was used to study the effect of angle of inclination, heating water inlet temperature and heating-cooling length ratio on the starting performance of inorganic heat transfer element. The result shows that the inorganic heat transfer element always has good starting performance when the angle of inclination is 30°, 60° and 90°.The adiabatic section wall temperature increases with the increasee of the angle of inclination.The working medium temperature rises with the increase of heating water inlet temperature when the inorganic heat transfer element works stably.The minimum starting angle increases with the increase of the ratio of heating and cooling section length. Therefore, the installation angle must be greater than 2° in order to guarantee the inorganic heat transfer element start successfully.
