为了对振动激励下的自然对流换热规律进行深入的理论与试验分析,搭建电动振动传热试验平台与并行式数据采集系统,测量封闭通道在不同振动激励下的温度瞬态变化特性。研究发现,随着受迫振动频率的增加,振动激励可以将自然对流强化为混合对流;当频率超过50Hz时,自然对流的影响可以忽略。但是由于受迫振动下的流动状态依然为层流,因而对于自然对流的最大强化程度约在100%。另外,通过对混合对流状态的理论分析,得到由于受迫振动引起的封闭换热通道内部强制对流换热试验关联式。 |

In order to study the natural convection heat transfer characteristics under vibration excitation, the electric vibration heat transfer test platform and the parallel data acquisition system were constructed to measure the transient temperature variation in a closed channel under different vibration excitation. It was found that as the increasing of forced vibration frequency, the vibration excitation could strengthen the natural convection into mixed convection. When the frequency exceeded 50Hz, the influence of natural convection could be neglected. However, since the flow state under forced vibration was still laminar, the maximum degree of enhancement for natural convection was about 100%. In addition, through the theoretical analysis of the mixed convection state, the forced convection heat transfer test correlation formula in the enclosed heat transfer channel due to forced vibration was obtained. |
