采用数值方法研究了均匀壁温(uniform wall temperature, UWT)热边界条件下圆管内置扭曲翼型涡产生器管内二次流特性及其与对流换热强度的关系。采用无量纲参数Se量化了管内的二次流强度,分析了矩形翼涡产生器主攻击角α、涡产生器间距St和基带宽度W对二次流强度和对流换热强度的影响,建立了二次流强度Se和对流换热强度Num与翼型涡产生器结构参数的拟合关联式。结果表明:内插矩形翼涡产生器管内二次流强度是其对流换热强度的决定因素。 |

The characteristics of secondary flow in a circular tube with twisted winglet vortex generators and its relationship with the convective heat transfer intensity were studied numerically under the uniform wall temperature (UWT) thermal boundary condition. The dimensionless parameter Se was used to quantify the intensity of secondary flow in the tube. The effects of the vortex generator main attack angle α, the vortex generator spacing St, and the base tape width W on the intensity of secondary flow and the convective heat transfer intensity was analyzed. The fitting correlations between the intensity of secondary flow Se, the convective heat transfer intensity Num and the structural parameters of the rectangular winglet vortex generators was established. The results show that the intensity of secondary flow induced by the rectangular winglet vortex generators in a tube mainly determines the tube side convective heat transfer intensity. |
