墙体新建初期含湿量较大,在墙体干燥过程中可能产生严重的湿积累问题,导致保温层受潮严重,影响墙体保温性能。以夏热冬冷地区长沙市的典型建筑墙体为研究对象,采用WUFI@Pro建筑围护结构热湿传递模拟软件,对新建墙体内部保温层从初建成到湿稳定过程中的含湿量变化规律及湿积累进行研究。同时从饰面层的选择、隔汽层的设置、保温层的位置三方面对新建墙体湿积累的影响进行分析,为更好控制建筑墙体保温层中湿积累的产生提供参考。 |

The moisture content of the wall is large at the initial stage of new construction, which may cause serious moisture accumulation during the drying process of the wall, resulting in serious moisture damage to the insulation layer and affecting the insulation performance of the wall.Taking typical building walls in Changsha city in hot summer and cold winter as the research object ,and uses the WUFI?Pro building envelope structure heat and moisture transfer simulation software to contain the internal insulation layer of the new wall from initial construction to wet stabilization. The law of moisture variation and wet accumulation were studied. At the same time, the influence of the selection of the facing layer, the setting of the vapor barrier layer and the position of the insulation layer on the wet accumulation of the new wall is analyzed, which provides a reference for better controlling the generation of wet accumulation in the insulation layer of the building wall. |
