引射器作为高压流体射流抽引低压流体进行质量和能量传递的设备,在混合换热、负压蒸馏、真空干燥等领域得到了广泛应用。对于液-气引射器,当工作流体温度较高时在运行过程中存在引射端负压过低时内部流体汽化的问题,导致引射器工作过程的急剧恶化。本文通过建立液-气引射器三维模型,对不同温度工作流体引射器内部的流动状态进行数值模拟,分析引射器内部汽化的时变规律,获得不同工作流体温度对引射器内部汽化的影响,研究表明工作流体的温度越高,汽化现象越明显。这一研究将为高温工作流体的液-气引射器的设计和安全运行提供指导和参考。 |

The ejector is an equipment in which the low pressure fluid is pumped with high pressure fluid to make mass and energy transfer. It is widely used in mixed heat transfer, vacuum distillation, vacuum drying and etc. For higher temperature liquid-liquid ejector, there is the internal fluid vaporization in the low negative operation pressure process, which would lead to sharp deterioration for the ejector operation. A three-dimensional numerical model of the liquid-liquid ejector is established, and the internal pressure and flow state of the ejector are simulated in different temperature of working fluid. The vaporization is analyzed, and the effect of working fluid temperature on the vaporization is obtained. The results is shown that the vaporization is more apparent as working fluid temperature is higher. The research results will provide theoretical guidance and basis for design of liquid-liquid ejector and practical engineering application. |
